Description
For the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory comes a Caol Ila single malt matured for 13 years in a single refill bourbon hogshead barrel (cask 322858). It was bottled at a hefty 57.5% ABV.

Nose
Sea spray, barbecued tropical fruit, bonfire smoke, and wet grass.
Palate
Lemon peel, toasted sugar, shortbread, and dark mint chocolate.
Finish
Heather honey and salty smoked meat linger.
