13-year-old single malt from Caol Ila, distilled in 2009 and matured in a single cask until 2023. The cask was opened by Adeplhi, independently releasing a total of 298 cask-strength bottles.
Crisp apples, buttery shortbread, and honeyed prunes support charred herbs and earthy peat smoke.
Floral malt and creamy custard join salted citrus and waves of sooty peat, with honeyed stone fruits and a touch of ginger beneath.
Fennel, herbaceous, coastal smoke, peppercorns, and oaken vanilla.
