Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Crisp apples, buttery shortbread, and honeyed prunes support charred herbs and earthy peat smoke.

Palate Floral malt and creamy custard join salted citrus and waves of sooty peat, with honeyed stone fruits and a touch of ginger beneath.

Finish Fennel, herbaceous, coastal smoke, peppercorns, and oaken vanilla.
