Description
Sherry and smoke are a potent combo and they come together in beautiful harmony in this 12-year-old single malt distilled at Caol Ila and then finished in oloroso sherry casks by the team at Darkness.

Nose
Rock pools, dried fruit, cinnamon, orange peel, and earthy peat.
Palate
Cinder toffee, stewed stone fruits, and plenty of smoke and sea.
Finish
Charred citrus peel, baking spice, and caramel.
