A splash of history here, this Caol Ila 12 Year Old was bottled specially for Fèis Ìle 2017! The cask strength single malt was double matured in amoroso sherry-seasoned wood, with just 1,500 bottles released that were specially selected by distillery manager Eddie Thom.
