Distilled at Caol Ila in 2014, this single malt spent the next 11 years maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry hogshead, and it looks like a proper sherry bomb! That colour is all natural, and no chill filtration here either – the whisky was independently bottled by Adelphi in 2026 at a robust cask strength of 57.2% ABV.
