A Caol Ila single malt, distilled in 2005. The whisky was left to rest in a refill sherry hogshead for 11 years, until it was bottled by Gordon & MacPhail exclusively for The Carnegie Whisky Cellars in 2016. A limited release of 118 bottles at 51.3% ABV.
