This 2014 vintage single malt from Caol Ila is brought to us by independent bottler Adelphi. The whisky spent a decade maturing in a single first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, bringing generous layers of sherried fruit and earthy nuts to the tarry peat smoke at its core. A release of 308 bottles.
