Nose Nutty and smoky on the nose with notes of sweet smoke, cloves and various other Christmas spices. Hints of ice wine, almond, Nutella on granary toast, and burnt sugar.
Palate Rich and thick with notes of toffee apples, cloves, nutmeg and cool wood smoke. Hints of oil, bruised rose petals, and soft peat.
Finish Long, briny and oily with a lot of smoke on the finish. Some cloves, some apple peel too.
