This is an enjoyably well-aged single grain Scotch whisky from the Camberonbridge Distillery, independently bottled by The Whisky Cellar! It was distilled back in April 1984 and aged in a single cask for 36 years, until it was bottled up in August 2020. A small release of just 183 bottles.
Nose: Almost pastries, milky coffee and candied peels.
Palate: Peanut brittle, damson jam and fragrant vanilla blossom.
Finish: Slightly peppery and oaky, though orchard fruit sweetness remains.
