A buttery, sweet delight from Cameronbridge here, after it was distilled back in 1984 this single grain spent over three decades in a single bourbon cask! Eventually The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. bottled it up at 35 years old for The Cooper's Choice series, with an outturn of 198 bottles at 44.5% ABV.
Honeyed stone fruit and golden syrup, with Bounty bar peeking through.
Pain au chocolat and vanilla shortbread, alongside touches of spicy oak.
