    Distilled at Fife’s Cameronbridge Distillery in 1992 and matured for 31 years in a bourbon hogshead, this single grain from Cadenhead’s Authentic Collection is a textbook example of long-matured grain whisky at its best. It was bottled at a cask strength of 49.4% ABV.

    Nose

    Butterscotch, toasted vanilla, and dried banana.

    Palate

    Silky caramel, honeycomb, and baked apple with soft spice.
