Description
From Douglas Laing's wonderful Old Particular indie bottling range comes a 30 year old single grain Scotch whisky from the Cameronbridge Distillery! This expression was distilled in 1991 and left to age in a single refill hogshead cask for three decades. Following that, this whisky was bottled up at 50% ABV in October 2021, with an outturn of only 205 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Honeyed cereal, flaky pastry, and a hint of icing sugar.
Palate
Toffee, dried fruit, and chocolate chip cookies.
Finish
Vanilla sticks to the core, dotted with red berry brightness.
