29 year old single cask single grain Scotch whisky here from the ever-dependable Cameronbridge Distillery. This expression was distilled in 1992 and aged in a bourbon cask for nearly 30 years, before being bottled up for The Cooper's Choice range. Just 240 bottles were produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Hazelnuts, lemon peels, a hint of bubblegum, brown sugar.
Palate
Still packing plenty of brown sugar notes, with warming oaky spices developing later on.
Finish
Apricot and cassia, plus a little touch of liquorice.
