29 year old single cask single grain Scotch whisky here from the ever-dependable Cameronbridge Distillery. This expression was distilled in 1992 and aged in a bourbon cask for nearly 30 years, before being bottled up for The Cooper's Choice range. Just 240 bottles were produced.
Nose Hazelnuts, lemon peels, a hint of bubblegum, brown sugar.
Palate Still packing plenty of brown sugar notes, with warming oaky spices developing later on.
Finish Apricot and cassia, plus a little touch of liquorice.
