The first batch of Cameronbridge independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! A 24 year old single grain from one of the largest and oldest grain distilleries in Scotland, featuring an icon of the noble sport of Tiddlywinks on the label - it's seven-time Tiddlywinks World Singles Champion Dr. Patrick Barrie! He's got his squidger in hand, and the crowd awaits his next shot on the edge of their seat. Is he going for a Carnovsky? A Squop? Or will he Scrunge it? These are all real words.
Batch 1 is a release of 211 bottles.
‘That Boutique-y Whisky Company’ bottles single malts, single grains and bourbons from a variety of renowned distilleries as well as producing award-winning blended malts and blends. These whiskies are adorned with cultish graphic novel-style labels.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Classic grain sweetness, with generous layers of honey and brown sugar. Dig a little deeper and you'll uncover herbaceous rosemary notes.
Palate
Big handfuls of sweet shop toffees and vanilla pods. A touch of white oak spiciness develops later on.
Finish
Ice-cream wafers, stem ginger and candied peels.
