We've bottled this very handsome single grain Scotch whisky from the Cameronbridge distillery as part of our Single Cask Series. This particular whisky was distilled back in September 1992 and matured in a hogshead cask for 24 years before we bottled it in February 2017.
Rich waves of caramel and butterscotch arrive first, followed by a scoop of raspberry ripple ice-cream.
A rush of mint leaf notes as it opens, joined by balancing notes of tangy apple sauce and chocolate truffles.
Almond croissants, drying cacao and a touch of Sichuan pepper.
