Cameronbridge 24 Year Old

24 year old Cameronbridge single grain Scotch whisky, which we've bottled as part of our Single Cask Series. Back in October 1991, this whisky was distilled at Cameronbridge and ushered into a refill bourbon hogshead where it slumbered for almost a quarter of a century. In April 2016 we bottled it without any chill-filtration or additional colours whatsoever. Aren't we lovely?

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Toffee apples and spongecake. Drying cocoa and a few hints of citrus blossom and sawdust. Develops touches of coffee bean after a few minutes in the glass.

Palate Cherry cola, anise and yet more spongecake. Spun sugar and peach crumble round off the mid-palate.

Finish Soft and creamy, with a few notes of peppercorn and basil later on.
