Nose: Creamy butterscotch, foam strawberry sweets, vanilla-y oak initially, with whole black peppercorns, a touch of cake batter and red chilli warmth adding complexity underneath.
Palate: Muscovado sugar, vanilla ice cream, green apple and plenty of soft melting toffee. Some oiliness, metallic elements and warming oak provide depth, along with aromatic baking spice.
Finish: Milk chocolate cookies and wood spice linger.
