A Signatory bottling of Cambus single grain, distilled in 1991 before being laid to rest in a refill sherry butt for 26 years. After this time, it was bottled in 2018 for the Cask Strength Collection. 486 bottles were released of this fruity dram from a closed distillery.
Vanilla custard, nougat, sweet citrus fruits and undertones of hay.
Complex notes of black pepper, clove and liquorice, alongside fresh notes of apple, pear and pineapple, balanced by creamy milk chocolate.
Lengthy and full of kitchen spices.
What a lush dram! Melts in the mouth, very moreish.
