A single cask bottling from the Cambus grain distillery which closed its doors in 1993. Distilled that very same year, this grain whisky was matured in a sherry cask for 24 years before being bottled at cask strength in 2018 by James Eadie. Only 465 bottles were released.
Dried fruit, liquorice, charred oak, dark honey, coconut, kitchen spices and citrus notes.
Boozy fruitcake followed by oaky tannins, coconut, a pinch of pepper and treacle.
A long finish with sweet, spicy notes and a hint of oak smoke.
