Callington Mill Invicta
Invicta is an Australian single malt from Tasmania’s Callington Mill Distillery, matured in a combination of fortified wine casks sourced from Portugal. Ruby Port, white Port, tawny Port, and Madeira casks contribute dark fruit, caramel, nuts, cocoa, and a rich, oily texture. Invicta means invincible in Portuguese.

Nose
Toasted oak, struck match, caramel, toasted marshmallow, prune, apricot, fig, coffee, and smoked meat.
Palate
Jammy dark fruit, blackberry, oak spice, cocoa, dried fig, caramel, and roasted nuts.
Finish
Sweet and fruity, with mineral freshness, cask char, chocolate, and lingering oak.
