Another knockout from Bushmills’ celebrated Causeway Collection, this limited-edition 2011 single malt started life in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks before finishing in rich Banyuls dessert wine casks from France. Bottled at 53.2% ABV and limited to just 1,500 bottles worldwide, it’s a complex, earthy Irish malt that shows the distillery’s experimental side.
Herbaceous and earthy with hints of spice and subtle oak sweetness.
Full-bodied and robust, bringing together ripe mango, orchard fruit, and a touch of wood polish.
Medium to long with juicy apple, malt depth, and gentle warmth.
