Bushmills American Oak Cask Finish
Combining single malt finished in double charred-American oak barrels with elegant triple distilled grain whiskey, this is a marvellously mellow blended Irish whiskey from Bushmills. With plenty of warming, toasty oak, silky vanilla, and biscuity sweetness, it's ideal for laid-back sipping and mixing.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Elegant oak char leads the way with toasted spice and caramelised biscuits. Runny honey follows floral vanilla.
Palate
Soft, buttery grain gives way to flapjack, vanilla custard, and hard toffee with fruity suggestions of apple tart.
Finish
Soft spices, rich oak and a touch of burnt sugar.
