Bushmills
16 Year Old Whiskey
Customer Rating
“The best whiskies take their time to open up and reveal their true beauties deep within. This is one. 16 years of cask aging and deliberation deserves a few minutes at least of your time. Nose is slow to expose that typical sweetness, but it’s there. All brown sugar and red fruits. The taste is a toffee like sweet shop delight - childhood memories without the adult booze, and a long slightly spicy finish that takes you to the deeper darker parts of the hidden orchard and rather earthy delights. Your patience will be rewarded.”
