I was introduced to Bush Mills a few years ago during a visit to Northern Ireland. It is my favorite whisky and will likely remain so. It is an ancient whisky. It is now an old friend. Nothing more to add. Please keep stocking it.
I’m not a regular Irish whiskey drinker but I do like this. Gentle, mellow and relaxing with a good splash of water. A real cut above Jamesons. Not sure I’d pay the full price for it but found it on discount for £24 which is a real bargain. I prefer the 12 year version but you need to take a trip to the distillery for that (which I would also recommend)
In the same league with Glenfiddich 12, Speyburn 10, Glenlivet 12 etc. Not bad, but nothing outstanding or mindblowing. Good value for money
First time I have really drank Irish my go to being Scottish Whisky, but will not be the last. Very smooth and full of vanilla and caramel flavours, and for the price a steal in honesty.
