The folks at Bushmills have taken their triple distilled, Irish single malt whiskey, and treated it to an additional stay in sherry casks, for an extra helping of rich honey and soft fruits, in this expression originally released for the Travel Retail market.
Oaky vanilla, alongside sticky apricot compote, and spicy fruit cake.
Sherry sweetness, with sun dried raisins, warm clove, and a touch of toasted marzipan.
Baking spices, with the fruitcake lingering.

This is very similar to the bushmills 10 year old single malt except with an extra kick 46%vol. Really nice aromas. Price could be a little bit lower since it is a 10 year old. But still a very nice whiskey to enjoy.
