Staoisha 11 Year Old 2013 - The Decanter Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

Islay's Bunnahabhain distillery commonly produces unpeated single malt, but not always! Its peated whiskies are given the Staoisha name, and here we have an 11-year-old expression, distilled in 2013 and matured for 11 years in a host of first-fill oloroso sherry butts before it was independently bottled by Signatory for The Decanter Edition.
