Heavily peated single malt from Islay's Bunnahabhain distillery, initially matured in American oak casks before further ageing in a fresh oloroso sherry butt. The whisky was independently bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. in 2023, releasing a total of 780 bottles for The Cooper's Choice collection.
Candied nuts, earthy barley, pipe smoke, and boozy raisins.
Oily malt, chocolate-coated orange wheels, and a touch of sweet baking spice, with roasty coffee and smoked herbs in tow.
Mocha, cacao, more candied citrus, with peat smoke and spiced treacle in the depths.
