Single Malt

From Bunnahabhain's Mòine series (which sees the Islay distillery giving its single malt a hearty helping of peat at its core) comes an expression that was fully matured in casks that previously held Bordeaux red wine! The juxtaposition between the sweetness of the wine and the rich smokiness of the peat makes for a fascinating single malt.
Roasted coffee beans, booze red berry notes, a whiff of sea spray.
Chocolate raisins, more coffee, a touch of citrus acidity, tobacco.
Earthy smoke, strawberry, orange.
