A fabulously fruity Bunnahabhain, independently bottled by A.D. Rattray as a result of The Octave Project, a series of single malts finished in a variety of octaves. This single malt spent its first ageing period in a bourbon hogshead, before it was moved into an Oloroso sherry octave for a finishing period of five months. It was bottled at 15 years old at cask strength for A.D. Rattray's Cask Collection.
Forest fruit jam, prominent sherry aromas and dark chocolate, with oak influence and vanilla pod.
Brown sugar, oily orange and clove, with more baking spice and dark red berries.
Sweet jammy fruits balanced by salted dark chocolate.
