Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Buttery whisky tablet fudge, peanut brittle and marzipan icing initially, before soft pears and apple peels emerge. Coastal air brings salinity in the backdrop.

Palate: Prickles of nutmeg liven the core of damp earth, charred oak and vintage cider apples. Sticky toffee pudding adds a thick, rich sweet note alongside a hint of salted pretzels.

Finish: Winter spice fizzes away in a lengthy finish.

Overall: Complex in an interesting way and brimming with flavour and personality.
