This limited edition 11 year old expression from Islay's Bunnahabhain Distillery was drawn from Manzanilla sherry casks, which have imparted oodles of rich and intriguing notes to the whisky's flavour profile. Expect salted caramel, dried fruit and chocolate aplenty here.
Sultanas, raisins, cashews, a hint of olive oil, mocha and toffee.
Salted caramel tart, dark chocolate, a slow build of dry festive spices and a little touch of red fruit.
Chocolate coated peanuts, dates and damsons.
