Bunnahabhain 10yo #10898 Bottling Note

A superb single malt from the Bunnahabhain Distillery on Islay, aged for 10 years before the folks from The Character of Islay Whisky Company got their hands on it! Released as part of The Stories of Wind & Wave series, which is all about showcasing ace Islay whisky, this expression is wonderfully flavoursome indeed, as we've come to expect from Bunnahabhain.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Porridge with honey and brown sugar, and perhaps a hint of stem ginger too. Fragrant oak surrounds it all.

Palate: Forest floor, nutty barley, and another thick layer of honey.

Finish: Salted caramel, pastry, toasted cedar, walnut, and cinnamon.
