Staoisha is the name given to peated single malt made at Islay's Bunnahabhain distillery, and indie bottler Dràm Mòr snapped up a splendid cask here! The whisky spent 11 years maturing and was treated to a finish in a hogshead that previously held white Port, yielding a total of 213 bottles.
