This is not just any bottle of Buffalo Trace. This is our own Master of Malt exclusive single-cask bottle of Buffalo Trace! We chose it from a lineup of many. It was our favourite. It's a tough job sometimes, but someone's got to do it! A mouth-watering batch of the legendary straight Kentucky bourbon

Nose

Toffee popcorn, buttery oak, hints of Weetabix with brown sugar, with green apple and juicy peach in tow.

Palate

Supple layers of creamy caramel, milk bottle sweeties, and sweet toasted oak. Choux pastries with vanilla cream, soft apricot and butterscotch.

Finish

Moreish layers of buttery corn, creamy cereal, sweet spice, and mellow oak.
