6 year old Octomore single malt from the Bruichladdich distillery, independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company! The Octomore name is used by Bruichladdich for their most heavily-peated expressions, so if you love whiskies packing a potent phenolic punch, you are very much in luck!

Nose
Seaweed and soot, with a light hint of raspberries tucked away underneath.
Palate
Thick waves of earthy smoke with a touch of oatcake. Black liquorice and sea salt.
Finish
Smoked cheese, toasted rye and green apple.
