Bruichladdich Laddie Origins - Fèis Ìle 2021 70cl Whisky

How did Bruichladdich celebrate Fèis Ìle 2021? With a special whisky release, of course! This is 2021's official festival bottling, named Laddie Origins. It celebrates the 20th anniversary of the distillery’s resurrection, bringing together 13 different casks from 12 different vintages. Produced from Islay barley, organic Scottish barley, its first biodynamically grown barley, even some of Bruichladdich’s first triple distilled spirit. It was matured in nine different cask types, with bourbon, Pedro Ximénez sherry, Cognac, Sauternes, Chenin Blanc, and Pauillac red wine casks all featuring. Just 3,000 bottles were released.
