Bruichladdich 8 Year Old 2011 (cask 150) - Lady Of The Glen (Hannah Whisky Merchants)
This Islay single malt hails from Bruichladdich, distilled on 26 January 2011. It was filled into a single bourbon barrel where it was left to mature for the next eight years. When 1 October 2019 came around, Hannah Whisky Merchants bottled it at cask strength, a generous 65.8% ABV, for the Lady of the Glen series.

Nose
Heather honey, polished wood and lemon tart.
Palate
Buttery pastry and malt biscuits, with more floral honey and toasty oak.
Finish
Fresh grass and vanilla oak lingers.
