Bruichladdich 23 Year Old 2002 (Cask 427) – Nickolls & Perks Rare Cask Collection

A generously aged single malt from Bruichladdich, independently bottled by Nickolls & Perks! Distilled in 2002, the whisky spent its full 23-year maturation residing in a single sherry hogshead before bottling at a hearty 50.6% ABV. A release of 232 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Producer

The nose is evocative of a traditional dunnage warehouse carried on a salty harbour breeze, layered with salted chocolate-covered nuts and a lift of crystallised ginger. A Rich and indulgent palate, unfolding with salty fudge and dark chocolate, before mellowing into rooibos tea and sweet, gently spiced tobacco on the finish.
