Bruichladdich 2001 The Resurrection Dram
Resurrection was the brainchild of Bruichladdich's Jim McEwan and was distilled from barley peated to 10ppm and matured in ex-bourbon casks for eight years.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Firm and full, gentle peat. Medicinal character. Sweet. Herbal, fennel, peppermint, dry hay. Smoke develops, coastal.
Palate
Fruity, medium levels of peat. Tannic, peat develops with whirls of smoke and burnt wood.
Finish
Long and full with smoke and herbal notes.
