Bruichladdich 13 Year Old 2011 (cask 1447) - Micro Provenance Series
This single-cask Bruichladdich was distilled on 2 May 2011 using Appaloosa barley and matured for 13 years in a Pauillac wine cask. It was bottled on 27 March 2025 as part of the Micro Provenance Series, Bruichladdich’s ongoing exploration of how barley, vintage, oak, climate, and warehouse conditions shape its unpeated Islay spirit. Cask 1447 produced 266 bottles exclusively for the UK Laddie Crew.

Nose
Blackcurrant, red plum, barley sugar, sea air, and polished oak.
Palate
Dark berries, sweet malt, black cherry, pepper, and wine cask tannins.
Finish
Coastal minerality, oak spice, and lingering red fruit.
