The Highland Shepherd Single Malt Scotch Whisky
A tribute to a remnant of Scotland's past that has become folklore, the Highland Shepherd is, as might you have guessed, a Highland single malt Scotch whisky. The liquid was sourced from a single distillery that was matured in bourbon oak casks for at least six years and then bottled it at 46% ABV.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Zesty orange marmalade, apple peel, digestive biscuits, and dried grass.
Palate
Cinnamon, tart fruits, freshly cut hay, and vanilla-rich fudge.
Finish
Honey and mixed peels.
