This Braevel single malt Scotch whisky was finished in a specially coopered 50 litre Pedro Ximénez cask for a period of at least 6 months.
A heady mix of mango, marzipan, barley, a little chocolate spread and blueberries.
Chewy with hints of white chocolate, oak and citrus before poached pear and peach emerge supported by some more almond notes.
Dried fruit, orchard fruit and melted chocolate.
Tobacco, Cigars, Tomacco, and pinotage. Ripping.
