A brill Braeval, matured in a refill barrel for 11 year, after being distilled in 2009. Following that maturation, it was bottled up by Alistair Walker as part of the Infrequent Flyers series, with 215 bottles produced.
Fresh barley and creamy vanilla, with a hint of banana bread sweetness.
Slightly vegetal as it opens up on the palate, but the vanilla notes from the nose remain constant.
Nutmeg, cinnamon and roasted almonds.
