Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Sugar-dusted shortbread and toasted, buttered sourdough are backed by creamy, nutty blanched almonds.
Palate
Sticky ginger cake and runny toffee lead to warmer notes of root ginger and dried chilli before waves of soft stone fruit and white chocolate buttons arrive.
Finish
Banana bread, earthy vanilla, and a touch of savoury spice.
