Distilled at Braeval in 2014, this single malt spent the next 11 years maturing in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry cask. Boasting indulgent layers of plump raisins, dark chocolate, juicy barley, and toasted marzipan, it's a cracking indie release from Glaschu Spirits Co.

Nose

A medley of rich sherried fruit, sticky toffee, and dark chocolate.

Juicy barley, plump raisins, toasted marzipan, and dark fruits.

Finish

Sweet, warming notes of cinnamon and nutmeg, with a touch of orange oil.
