This right here is 7 year old single malt from the Royal Brackla, independently bottled by The Whisky Cellar. It was finished in an Oloroso sherry quarter cask before being bottled up (which has imparted a richly dark hue to the whisky). A small release of just 160 bottles.

Nose
Mint chocolate chip ice cream, rum-soaked raisins and plenty of Christmas spices.
Palate
Peppery malt mellowed by more chocolate and sugared almond.
Finish
A lingering hint of clove.
