Single Malt
An independent bottling of 4 year old single malt from the Royal Brackla distillery, released as part of the Octave range by Duncan Taylor. This was distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2015 after spending 9 months in a tiny octave cask. 113 bottles were produced.
Fruit Salad sweets, lots of barley. Cedar and wet earth.
More rounded than the nose, with caramel and apricot bringing a mellow sweetness.
Salt and pepper crisps, with a light hint of sugared almonds.
