From one of the small handful of Scotch whisky distilleries with a Royal Warrant - Royal Brackla - comes a 1999 vintage single malt, independently bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in 2016 for the Connoisseurs Choice range.
Barley driven, creamy and lightly spiced. Syrupy apricots and hazelnuts are present too.
Some allspice and black pepper crackle through green apple, golden barley and milk chocolate.
Long, with a lingering combination of toffee apples and vanilla.
